Shipping policy

We will make every effort to ship orders within 3 business days (M-F) of the order being placed. If there is an issue shipping in that timeframe we will contact you via email to give you a shipping estimate. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company (ie: USPS, UPS FedEx etc.) The Posh Paw is no longer responsible for your items. Any issues with the shipment, including, but not limited to delivery, item condition etc. must be handled by the customer directly with the shipping carrier.
